1. Platonic Use Only

Third Space Connections is a platonic social discovery platform. Use of this service for sexual solicitation, romantic solicitation, or any non-platonic purpose is strictly prohibited. We are a community built around friendships, shared interests, and casual social connections in public third spaces (coffee shops, libraries, parks, etc.).

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not post, share, or transmit:

• Sexual content of any kind, including suggestive or explicit material
• Content that facilitates or promotes prostitution or sex trafficking
• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any user
• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Spam, commercial solicitation, or pyramid schemes
• Personal information of other users without their consent
• Impersonation of other people or organisations
• Content that violates applicable law

3. FOSTA-SESTA Compliance

In compliance with the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA), this platform prohibits any content or communication that promotes, facilitates, or supports sex trafficking or prostitution. We actively moderate content and will report any suspected violations to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. Accounts found to violate this policy will be permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Third Space Connections you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Not use the service to collect data about other users without consent
• Report violations you encounter using the in-app flag feature
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform

5. Content Moderation

We use automated and human moderation to review content. Posts flagged by our automated system are placed in a pending review queue. Posts that violate these Terms are removed without notice. Repeated violations result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Check-ins and Location

When you check in to a venue your precise location is collected solely to verify proximity. Check-in data expires after 48 hours. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how location data is handled.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of venue information or user-generated content. We are not liable for any interactions between users that occur on or off the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
